Had some vibration coming from a tire. They were able to get me in early in the AM, last minute. Maybe waited an hour or so. Full lobby. Great receptionist, knowledgeable of business and processes. All tires were electronically balanced, rotated, and the car alignment was fixed as well. All for $150

Great customer service! I am in town from Kansas City and was having an amazing time til I got a nail in my tire. I don’t remember the younger gentleman’s name that helped me but he patched it up and reassured me I would be ok to get back to KC. Also checked all 3 other tires to put more of my mind as ease. Honestly, would recommend this small business 110% & if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Had me in and out in 10 -15 mins and only charged me $10!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Freeway Tire! Michael Hernandez, the manager, was extremely informative and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. The service for both my son’s car and my own was super fast. Valerie at the front desk was also very sweet and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great work, great service, and truly kind people to trust with your car!

I was driving my 1998 jeep wrangler for the first time in 3 weeks when 10 mins into my drive 45 minute drive I heard a loud squeak and then smelled smoke. I pulled over into a random parking lot, opened my hood, and saw that my belt had snapped in half. I called a tow truck but the ETA was for 4:36pm and it was 3:00pm (Saturday of the Texas/OU game). It’s was 90° out and I had no water so I started walking to the nearest gas station and within 0.1 miles I stumbled upon this body shop. I walked up to the door on a whim and asked if they could fix an engine belt. Within 30 seconds they’re walking with me back to my car in a completely different parking lot, checking it out. It turns out it wasn’t just a serpentine belt but a pulley as well. Long story short - they fixed everything by 4:45 (only 9 minutes after the tow was supposed to show up). This was so last minute and they sprang to the rescue. If I still lived in Dallas this would be my go-to place. I’m grateful for the service and I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience here! Valerie provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was working properly after installation. Her communication with me was excellent and walked me through the process of when my tires would be delivered and when I need to show up. Marco also helped make sure the inspection of my old tires was done right. I got 2 tires, Rotation and balancing. I totally recommend you stop wasting time and come get your car serviced here.
